Brandon came to my home for an issue with the smoke detectors. He was professional, experienced and friendly. Brandon explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. - Replace Tandem Breaker in the Panel for the Bedroom Circuit Only BR 15/15 Style Tandem Breaker - Replace 3 Outlets and Ground them to the best we can - Install/Replace Outlet in the Master Bathroom with GFCI
Troubleshooted the problem with the kitchen outlets and found out that the breaker went bad and was the wrong size breaker. Installed a new 20 amp breaker and everything back to normal. Suggested to the customer to perform a panel change, because the one that’s present now is not a safe one. Thanks for choosing Mister Sparky
Performed a minor troubleshooting on the water heater and found out that a short was happening inside the water heater.Disconnected the water heater from the power going to it and Suggested to the costumer to have a plumber taking a look at the water heater. Performed a panel tune-up up to 42 circuits. Thanks for choosing Mister Sparky
Installed a surge protector for the whole house and a secondary surge for the AC condenser. Performed a panel tune-up up to 42 circuits and installed a new 15 amp breaker. Troubleshooted the problem with the circuit for the office area and found out that the breaker went bad. Replaced the old breaker with a new 15 amp one and everything back to normal.
